"Foster Youth Power to me is being able to overcome all the negative experiences and strive towards better ones.

As part of the committee of LA RHEP for Foster Youth, I help create better training for the professionals that work with foster youth. I also help create more inclusive websites not only for foster youth but for those who are LGBT+.

I would encourage the youth to save money because it becomes tempting to splurge on everything you never had. I know from personal experience that you need to save the little you make for a rainy day."
