Forbes recently released its list for the Cash Kings Of Hip Hop to the public which has created a buzz as it contains a few surprises.

The top of the list however holds no surprises as Forbes reveals Drake at number 3, the artist from Canada has had a big year making his presence known all over the globe. Jay Z comes in at 2nd because we all know he’s not a businessman, he’s a business man! And taking the top spot matching what he raked in last year was Diddy and the success of Ciroc which keeps him standing tall.

The list was also graced by Dr.Dre at number 4 after he dramatically sold Beats by Dre to Apple for around $620 million and Pharrell at number 5 thanks to his strong presence in the fashion game and The Voice. Kendrick, Kanye West and J Cole also make the list after the successful years they’ve had (minus the live rants on stage from Yeezy).
